I had a terrible experience at Bigsby House. The coffee at 1070 Park Ave, San Jose, California 95126 was burnt, and the staff was rude. My visit to Bigsby House was a major letdown. The coffee tasted like it had been left on the burner for far too long, resulting in a bitter and unpleasant brew. To make matters worse, the staff's dismissive attitude left me with a sour taste in my mouth.
