The coffee at Boba Loca was decent, but the staff at 11402 Washington Boulevard, Whittier, CA 90606 seemed disinterested in serving customers. While the coffee was passable, the lackluster service left a sour taste in my mouth. The baristas appeared disengaged and unenthusiastic about their work, which made the overall experience less enjoyable.
