So, I ventured into Boba Loca Coffee & Tea House in 214 Plaza Dr, West Covina, California 91790, and their cortado was the bomb dot com. It had that perfect balance of espresso and warm, frothy milk. The café had this industrial chic thing going on with exposed brick walls and hanging Edison bulbs. Loved the vibe.

I had a terrible experience at Boba Loca Coffee & Tea House. The coffee was served cold, and the staff at the 214 Plaza Dr, West Covina, California 91790 location were rude and inattentive. I won't be giving it another chance.
