I was disappointed with my visit to Boba Loca Coffee & Tea House. The latte tasted too bitter, and the service was inattentive. I hope they improve because the potential is there.

The whole place had this Zen vibe, with soft jazz in the background and comfy chairs that practically begged you to stay awhile.
