Everything I've ordered here has been delicious. My only issue to date has been going there on a set time schedule. Because of limited parking and waiting 3 times as long for them to make mini boba, it is best to not be in a rush.
The employees are great and they were really apologetic for the wait.
But the parking and the Bob's wait is why it's not 5 stars
I LOVE the drinks, it does get really packed but they are fast at it, I recommend Sophia as your cashier, she's super super sweet and helpful or the Asian girl with blonde hair is really sweet too.
Boba tea house has an awesome variety of drinks (although, I always get the same one). The staff there has always been really nice, and the food/drinks are great too!
Was my second time here and the drinks are amazing, it does get really packed here and the place is nice and clean. There's a girl who works there that is super sweet and friendly and always has a smile on her face, I'm not sure what her name is but she has long black hair a little tall and skinny, I recommend her as your cashier then the other girl with red hair and glasses. But other then that the drinks are really good and not a long wait, I recommend this place.
I love this place. I come here once in a while for refreshing drinks.
This place is the bomb, but their boba isn't what I usually get. Don't get me wrong the boba is amazing, but I come for the snow. The snow has a rich consistency that is really hard to grasp, it's like fluffy edible heaven. The only way to describe is if you have it yourself.
Wi-Fi advertised but is inconsistent. Did not work entire time I was there on 8/3 and employees tried unplugging the router. Says lack of Wi-Fi happens frequently. I came here for Wi-Fi to work and drink Boba 😯
I am not particularly a fan of Boba so the drinks aren't very appetizing to me. Although this may be true I made my review solely based on the atmosphere of the shop and the quality of service.
Walking in I was shocked as to how many seats were in the shop. It's quite spacious given it looks so small from the outside. It's a great space for studying so I assume a lot of people might go there for that very reason. Although I have gone on deprecate days when there was a lot of people there and it was extremely crowded.
The workers aren't extremely nice and expect you to know exactly what you want when you walk up. They don't give any suggestions or recommendations and aren't very nice as far as greeting or welcoming you. So in essence it's not a very good interaction with staff. Drinks however come out in a timely fashion and are always good for the people who like them. The tables are for the most part kept clean and the napkins, straws, etc) are always stocked.
Check it out and see how you like it :)
Love their peach green tea with boba, fried tofu and seasoned fries :D can get busy bit worth the wait
Love this place. For me, it is THE place to get boba if you're in the Loma Linda/Redlands area. Not only is their boba delicious, their food is great too. I especially like to eat their popcorn chicken and fried tofu as snacks. Also, their levels of spiciness rule. It really does get spicier as you ask for different levels (e.g. "very spicy" is way spicier than "medium").
I'm a regular and I would drop by twice a week. I enjoyed the service, food and milk teas however not even 20 mins after I ate their popcorn chicken I threw up on the side of the road so horribly. The rose milk tea with lychee had a brown piece which made me leave the store. I've been in the bathroom since I got home. Usually my experience is a lot better and today was just not my day but I never threw up the food before or threw away my drink half finish. I don't think I can return to this place again. Even now 4 hours later I'm still nauseous and my stomach isn't settled. Whoever made the popcorn chicken and my drink wasn't my usual person. Won't be coming back.
This place is the bomb, but their boba isn't what I usually get. Don't get me wrong the boba is amazing, but I come for the snow. The snow has a rich consistency that is really hard to grasp, it's like fluffy edible heaven. The only way to describe is if you have it yourself. This place provides the dessert and the environment (a great place to hang out).
