Bob'S Cafe left me with a bitter aftertaste. The cappuccino was too strong for my liking, and the pastry selection was limited. Not the coffee paradise I was hoping for.

Bob'S Cafe at 8700 Maze Blvd, Modesto, California 95358 has a modern, almost industrial vibe that's quite different from your typical coffee shop. I ordered a latte, and while the presentation was Instagram-worthy, the flavor was just not there. It tasted burnt, and the milk was scalded. I had a terrible experience at Bob'S Cafe. The coffee was lukewarm, and the staff seemed disinterested. I won't be back to the 8700 Maze Blvd, Modesto, California 95358 location anytime soon.
