I had a disappointing experience at Borders. The coffee was served cold, and the service at the 356 Santana Row, Ste 1030, San Jose, California 95128 location was lackluster at best. I won't be recommending it to friends.

I'm sorry to say that Borders left much to be desired. The latte was lukewarm, and the barista seemed disinterested. The overall experience was forgettable, and I doubt I'll be returning anytime soon.
