Front ticket booth is fast and friendly! Weāre always greeted inside by a friendly person and directed to our movie theater ! We go to mostly daytime matinee movies! The snack counter is pretty slow! You need to open more cashiers. No body likes to be in line over 10 minutes, I really dislike being late to my movie starting. The bathroom could be pickup more! What I do enjoy is the staff seem to be happy and are smiling and laughing with customers! The only really bad problem and is gross is the outside entrance! Dirty and trashy and spilled substance. Itās not that hard to sweep and mopp that large cement area!! Your image should start at the sidewalk!! Make us proud Brenden...

Brenden Theaters are the best in town now. I like the now hassle "free parking" the really good customer service, the clean theater and the really wide selection of shows. Brenden always has the best selection of movies in the whole region. Thank you Management. You are listening to your customers in the market. The new reclining seats are fantastic too. For the complete package, go no further than Brenden Theater. Simply the best! 5-Stars!
Iād give 5 because it wasnāt all around bad experience but... 2 chairs didnāt recline, the popcorn was stale (if thatās how u spell it) and the little gal at the concession stand wasnāt very friendly at all. Seen her put her co worker in front of a customer bad bad! But other than that excellent! The ladies at the check in were super friendly wish I got her name! Will be our movie destination from now on. Might skip the popcorn though
I like Brenden because itās the closest theatre to my house....I like the new recliners, but they cut down on seating....So popular movies get sold out very quickly, especially on the weekends....A little training on customer service would go a long way....The girl taking the the tickets yesterday, 6/24/18 was like a robot....And the young kids running the concessions have poor customer service skills....
Just not my favorite theater. If you are going to put in recliner seating......get new seats! Don't bring other cities used seats and say it's a remodel. Some are patched and obviously used, but much better than the old seats.
I'm sorry...I understand your technically not suppose to bring outside food or drinks, but I happen to stop at Starbucks on my way and had a hot coffee and told I needed to throw it away or drink in the lobby. It's a coffee! We were buying beer, popcorn, and soda. I don't think a tall coffee from Starbucks is going kill any business. Never an issue when I go to Galaxy!
Itās a good theater by most standards. Getting a bit run down. New recliners are nice but they arenāt holding up well. Some are torn and/or broken after just a few months.
I love the Theatre, especially some of the resent changes but I strongly feel like with the auditoriums with the new recliner seating, we should be able to prepick our seats like at Galaxy Riverbank. I donāt want to have to show up early just to make sure I get a good seat. Thatās important to me as a consumer and Iāll pick Galaxy even though Brenden is much closer - so Iām hoping they get that implemented soon....
With their new recliner seating, they should really let you chose your seats like Regal and Galaxy in Riverbank. That way I know Iām guaranteed my seats and donāt need to rush into the theater to get my seat, especially since theyāre limited seating now
Took my kids to see Truth or Dare; PGE 13... in the recliners. Of course the place was packed with kids. But when kids are coming in and out of the theatre who obviously are movie hopping making noise and being disrespectful is a huge problem. I went to management and they told me there was nothing they could do that they are age appropriate and seating is first come first serve. I explained twice that they need to have security go in and check tix and they walked in for about 10 seconds and did nothing.
I had to step up as a mom and threaten to take a group out on my own if they didnāt shut up.
One woman cheered.
It was lucky that these kids had enough sense to heed my warning because if they had been ignorant enough to argue or make a scene I would have had to seek out their parents and make a scene... it could have gotten extremely ugly
All when it could have been solved if they security guys actually checked the tix like they are supposed to. I mean damn, they have no enforcement for disrectful jerks even when it is adults.
Itās just sad that our society has crumbled enough that an establishment cannot even enforce their posted rules and policies.
The whole experience was frustrated by being in the third row with a chair that wouldnāt recline or move. The recliner was broken. There were no other seats near my family. My neck and back were not happy being that close to the screen and being strait up and down the whole movie.
Seats are great. Super comfy. Movie played and popcorn and candy was good. Iām trying to be fair because the following could be a 1 Star review, which stinks as a business owner. I purchased tickets online and took my brother and sister. When we walked into our theatre. (Theatre 11) I said, āit smells like pee...ā They agreed. As we turned the corner, we saw that someone had leaned over the railing and thrown up on the floor below. (Imagine popcorn and barf as you walk into your theatre and get ready to watch previews.)
I am in customer service and a member of the Chamber of Commerce in my hometown, so I wanted to give them a chance to fix this. I went to the front and told two employees that were watching the door, āHey Guys, someone blew chunks in our theatre.ā The guy said, āThatās gross.ā And radioād a manager. (I heard a manager say, āwhat happened?ā As I was leaving, so I know they were told.)
I went to use the restrooms and the trash was piled high with papers and there was nothing to dry my hands off with.
Watched the movie, enjoyed ourselves, and exited our theatre. Sure enough, the throw up was still there, untouched. Used the restroom, and three and a half hours later there were no paper towels again.
Pretty bummed, because I would have totally given them a good review if it hadnāt been for those issues. I will probably not return to this theatre when Iām in town, again, as there were three other movie theaters to choose from. Please share with your team and I hope this helps with future experiences.
Sad !! even when you go watch a movie, thatās full of little kids, there always has to be someone that lights up a joint! No respect!
Not too happy with this visit... Seems like as we continue our visits twice a month the place is just dirtier every time. Seating areas, hallways, and bathrooms are just very dirty. To top it off all the condiments containers were empty... buttered oil dispenser too.. Garbage cans everywhere were full..
We got to our movie 30 min early to get a good seat. The room was dark & extremely dirty . I almost fell on my face tripping on a small black step in the front row . I had to use my cell phone light to find my way around the seats & found that the ground & the recliner seat were filthy dirty. My wife was pissed off & complained & that got the ball rolling ( lights turned on , staff cleaned the room & the adds put on the screen). I think they keep the rooms dark so they donāt have to clean them witch is unexceptionable!
Terrible! Absolutely disgusting. Took my daughter to see Coco tonight with her girl scout sisters and the screen we were in was so gross. There was food all over the floor. Under the seats. Hell, even on the seats. The seat my daughter was sitting in looked like someone took a crap on it. Luckily, she had a booster on it. The bathroom upstairs was terrible. Not maintained at all. And the concession area was a complete disaster. I was also irritated that I had to wait in line to get my daughter's snack pack then had to wait in line again for snacks for myself. I couldn't just buy my snacks at the same register. The customer service wasn't all that great either. We won't be going back.
So you pay for the nice seat theatres only to find out when you don't get there an hour early you are left with the top row seats which aren't the feeling seats like the rest of the theatre.
I went with my family that I don't see for months from the bay area after the movie my 4 year old daughter asked me to go to the second floor to walk around this is our 5th time doing that without problems or issues and this time when she asked me to go upstairs I was walking with her and one of the staff members in a really bad attitude told us "are you going to see a movie upstairs ???!!! Ofcourse I said No we are not He said "you are not allowed to be upstairs " my daughter wanted to cry" I don't agree with this at all there are not signs or anything saying we can't go upstairs specially for kids thats a No !!!! To Brenden theatres
First off for slams start to go off canāt even hear what the speakers was saying then when we get out side none of them even knew what was going on I can only imagine if it was a real problem happening so many people would of been injured. Family place suppose to fell safe and the way they acted towards the people that are keeping that place going terrible that just my opinion been going here Sense it open up never felt bad about this place until yesterday starit need to get ur staff in order and maybe less attitude towards paying customers
Arrived an hour before the movie paid $11.50 per seat thinking it was going to be a electric recliner as advertised, only to find out that not all seats in theater recline. But the most disappointing thing of all was paying $70 plus for tickets and another $50 for snacks only to not enjoy a good movie because it was uncomfortably hot in the theater. Will not go back to that theater again.
