I have mixed feelings about my experience at Bricco Prizza Cafe at 28083 Moulton Parkway, Laguna Niguel, CA 92677. On one hand, the latte was superbly crafted, with intricate latte art that was almost too beautiful to drink. However, the wait time was longer than expected, and the prices were a bit steep.
