Very nice alternative interior. It reminds me of European cafés and tea houses. However, they have at least three signs that wi-fi is only with purchase over $5. I bought a coffee for $4.75 ans they didn't let me use it. WTF? Extremely uninviting.

Funky, arty decor complements varied and reliably delicious food with selections for any dietary restrictions. WiFi with purchase. Easy parking at meters out front. Favorite place for coffee/food/work on writing projects with one or two people. Main room's large table works well for bigger groups. Adjoining room has tables for two; charming upstairs balcony with medium-sized table and more seating for couples. Great staff!

I had a terrible experience at Cafe 212 Pier. The coffee was served cold, and the staff at the 212 Pier Ave, Santa Monica, CA 90405, USA location were rude and inattentive. I won't be giving it another chance.

My visit to Cafe 212 Pier was underwhelming. The coffee was lukewarm, and the pastries were stale. I expected more from a coffee shop with such great reviews.

I had high expectations for Cafe 212 Pier, but my recent visit to the 212 Pier Ave, Santa Monica, CA 90405, USA location was underwhelming. The coffee was mediocre at best, and the ambiance lacked the cozy charm I had heard about. I'm not sure if I'll be returning anytime soon.
