I had high expectations for Cafe 455, but my recent visit to the 455 Capitol Mall, Sacramento, CA 95814 location was underwhelming. The coffee was mediocre at best, and the ambiance lacked the cozy charm I had heard about. I'm not sure if I'll be returning anytime soon.
