My recent visit to Cafe 86 - Chula Vista was rather disappointing. The coffee was served lukewarm, and the disinterested staff at the 1392 East Palomar St Unit 408, Chula Vista, California 91913 location left much to be desired. I doubt I'll be returning anytime soon.
