Cafe De Lagniappe left me with mixed feelings. The pour-over was fantastic, but the staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. I'd return for the coffee but hope for better service.

Had a chance to pop into Cafe De Lagniappe at 24100 Amador Street, Hayward, CA 94544, and it was a solid experience. Ordered their flat white, and it was pretty darn good. The café has a rustic charm with wooden furniture and indie tunes playing in the background. It's a place where you can relax and enjoy your coffee without any fuss.
