Got the panang curry with tofu for lunch, delicious, spicy, and the soup they give you was nice too. 👍🏽👍🏽

Don't give them your business! They cannot get orders right. Today was my last attempt at this place. I ordered the Pad Thai, which lists egg as optional. I am vegan, so I decided to specify "no egg. I am vegan". I picked up the order & the receipt said "no egg". I drove in lots of traffic to get home. I opened the container & it's FULL of egg! The optional egg that I clearly asked NOT to have. They have never been apologetic about their frequent mistakes & it's clear to me they don't care about people's dietary choices. It's conveniently located near my job so I gave them more chances than I should have. This was the last straw for me. Don't waste your money here!

My favorite fast place for lunch. I would also go here on the east coast, so I was so happy to see them pop up in CA! It is always busy, but so many orders are to go that I have never had trouble getting a seat. Also, they are super quick. Their salad ideas are great. But I personally love the make you own options. They have great toppings (e.g., warm cauliflower, warm chickpeas) and neat things that cycle onto the menu with the seasons. I miss the tofu noodles please bring them back!!.

Wow, Cafe Jay Vegetarian in 9450 Scranton Rd, San Diego, CA 92121, USA is the bomb! I mean, seriously, I've never had coffee this good. I tried their vanilla latte, and it was like a warm, sweet hug for my taste buds. The atmosphere is super chill, too. It's the kind of place where you can plop down on a comfy couch, sip your coffee, and pretend you're in your own little coffee oasis. Highly recommend if you're in the area!

I dropped by Cafe Jay Vegetarian for a quick pick-me-up, but the service was slow, and my latte was lukewarm. It's not ideal for a rushed coffee stop.
