I had high expectations for Cafe Smitten, but my recent visit to the 909 18th Street, Bakersfield, CA 93301 location was underwhelming. The coffee was mediocre at best, and the ambiance lacked the cozy charm I had heard about. I'm not sure if I'll be returning anytime soon.
