I was expecting more from Cafe Tapioca Hercules Ca. The latte was lackluster, and the service was slow. It's not a place I'd recommend for a quick caffeine fix.

Alright, caffeine addicts, Cafe Tapioca Hercules Ca is the place to be in 1581 Sycamore Ave, Hercules, California 94547. Their cold brew was an ice-cold caffeine kick that hit the spot. The café had a rustic, log cabin feel with wooden beams and folk rock tunes in the air. A cozy spot for coffee and relaxation.
