So, I checked out Cafe Trottoir At Chadi'S Cigar Club in 19319 Ventura Blvd, Tarzana, California 91356, and it was a rollercoaster ride. The mocha was top-notch, but the Wi-Fi was slower than a tortoise on a tea break. If you're here to work, better bring your patience and a good book.
