Decent prices for the area with fairly large portions. Food is good with fresh ingredients. Wish they had a rewards card for repeat business.

Way overpriced. I've been here a few times and now remember why I quit coming back. $7.95 for hot pastrami...ok, price about right. Get the sandwich and first thing I notice is lettuce & tomato. A true hot pastrami on rye doesn't have lettuce and tomato, onions maybe, but thats it.Space fillers, So I remove the afore mentioned vegetables and whats left is a small pinch of pastrami, not even enough to cover the bread. $2.50 for a small fountain drink...WTH? Much better deals & deli's elsewhere.

The lady was very accommodating with my vegan requirements. Food was awesome too.

I had higher hopes for California Cafe. The coffee at 2205 Faraday Ave, Carlsbad, CA 92008, USA was decent, but it didn't wow me. Given the rave reviews, I had expected a more memorable coffee experience at California Cafe. While the coffee was certainly good, it didn't leave a lasting impression.

I had high hopes for California Cafe, but my visit to the 2205 Faraday Ave, Carlsbad, CA 92008, USA location left me wanting more. The coffee was subpar, and the ambiance lacked the charm I had heard about. I'm not sure if I'll return.

California Cafe is my go-to coffee spot in 2205 Faraday Ave, Carlsbad, CA 92008, USA. Their iced Americano is my daily dose of happiness. The cozy seating and friendly staff make it feel like my second home. Love it!

California Cafe is the embodiment of coffee perfection. The nitro cold brew I had was an experience in itself, and the barista's knowledge made it even better. This is my coffee sanctuary.
