Caprice offers a high quality casual fine dining experience. We had the flat bread, tomato confit salad, risotto, and hamburger. Everything was delicious. Very flavorful and refined. Our favorite dish of the night was the flat bread. It had many components and they all come together beautifully. Great, friendly service too.
High-quality food in a friendly, upscale atmosphere, with choices for the health conscious
Good Food.... but overpriced.
We called for a Friday night reservation and they said they were full. By the time they were hanging up she said she could accommodate us. Upon arrive restaurant was quite empty ... :/ Food was good, but price was too high. No desert, one appetizer, 2beers and 1 wine, plus main course = $100 for two.
a very good experience. Superb food, creatively prepared, great presentation, a wide selection of wines and a freindly, knowledgable wait staff.
Very disappointing. I think they have a great menu although expensive. We planned on having a starter, salad, 2 $32.00 entrees, an $8.00 side plus 2 $11 desserts but the waiter offered bread and then appeared to balk at the idea that we didn't want a second $8 side. He never brought the bread even though he was out on the patio numerous times scanning the room. We cancelled our order and left. The old adage is true; you only get one chance to make a 1st (good) impression.
What an amazing surprise! This was a hidden gem! Great service, the ambience inside was quite refeshing. The lunch portion of the Eggplant Lasagna did not disappoint.
Aweome! The food is fresh and local. The menu is two pages (hate big menus) and has much variety. The staff is courteous and very helpful. The mixed drinks are awesome! Try an old fashion and Moscow Luke. This place is a keeper.
Amazing food and reasonable prices. My only complaint is the wait staff was slow. We sat with empty glasses more than 1/2 the time we were there.
Best restaurant in Redlands in my opinion but definitely on the pricier side.
Clammy, cold atmosphere. We went on a Saturday at noon and it seemed like, not only was the dining area cold, but the ovens weren't warmed up as the food came out undercooked. Almost baked bread, quinoa that was hard as marbles. Overpriced too, just a terrible experience.
We have visited Caprice too numerous times to count and in every instance they deliver both with their service and exceptional menu. I understand the reason they are closed on Sunday, but we sure do miss a Sunday lunch with Caprice. We live exactly 42 miles away and we visit them every chance we can or try to find a dual reason we need a to visit Redlands. We can't praise them enough. We thank them very much for their dining pleasures.
