So, I dropped by Captain'S Grounds Coffee at 1832 S Coast Hwy, Oceanside, California 92054, and their cappuccino was a frothy delight with a perfect coffee-to-milk ratio. The café had a vintage, 1950s diner vibe with red leather booths and classic rock playing. It's a coffee time machine.
