Chocolatine French Café was a bit of a letdown. The coffee was decent, but it didn't quite live up to the hype. The service was efficient, though, and the 2955 East Thousand Oaks Boulevard, Thousand Oaks, California 91362, United States location is convenient for a quick caffeine fix.
