I had a terrible experience at Cloud Café. The coffee at 1401 North Shoreline Boulevard, Mountain View, CA 94043 was burnt, and the staff was rude. It's rare for me to have such a negative experience at a coffee shop, but Cloud Café managed to disappoint on multiple levels.
