I had a less-than-stellar experience at Coffee Nine. The coffee was cold, and the staff at the 9505 Highway 9, Ben Lomond, CA 95005 location seemed disinterested. I won't be giving it another chance.

It felt like I was crammed into a closet with too many coffee addicts. Maybe they should invest in some bigger tables?

I was disappointed by Coffee Nine. The latte was lukewarm, and the pastries were stale. The overall experience left much to be desired.
