So, I stumbled upon Collage Coffee in 5106 York Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90042, and their pour-over coffee was a revelation. Smooth, rich, and full of flavor. The café had this retro, 1960s vibe with vintage furniture and Motown classics playing. A groovy spot for coffee lovers.

I stopped by Collage Coffee for a quick caffeine fix, but the long line and disorganized service made it anything but quick. I waited for what felt like an eternity to get a simple latte. They need to work on their efficiency if they want to keep customers coming back.
