Very popular crowded place... worth the wait. Huge selection of freshly baked breads, awesome sandwiches. Super sweet pastries and cookies

There’s always a line to order it seems. There’s a good selection of breads and a few pastry items. The bread is probably the best I’ve had...fresh and soft.

The owner is rude and does not care if you are satisfied. Got a cinnamon roll and it was served with paper that sticks to the bottom. I took a bite and ended up eating and tasting paper. I asked for a replacement. The server said no. I was shocked. Asked for a refund, the owner decided I wasn't worth it so I won't come back. The food took a really long time to be served. The prices are really high for what you get. This place does not deserve your business and will go out of their way to let you know.

Great breads but very very long wait. If only the had 2 cashiers taking orders the wait would be much shorter!

We've been here a few times for lunch now.The sandwiches are always excellent.Their bread is to die for! However the service could be a lot faster.Parking is close by.

This place is absolutely amazing. I've been going here for nearly ten years, since they were in their original, tiny location. You will have a wait during lunchtime, but I never mind because the food is truly perfect. Some of my favorites are their scones, chocolate chip cookies, cinnamon rolls, butterscotch lattes, and any sandwich. It's all worth trying!

First time there yesterday. Had a WONDERFUL Veggie Cobb sandwich and sampled three desserts. Everytime was delicious! Definitely will be back!

When this place shuts down I will rejoice. The owner, Catherine Perez, has a high turn over rate for a reason. She treats her employees terribly. Like a slave mill. Not only did she promise more money in her ad for an EXPERIENCED administrative assistant but she did not follow through. She pays her employees pennies and discriminates against English speakers by only speaking Spanish. I have never endured such abuse from an employer to where it was borderline sexual harassment. When I left she sent me a series of abusive text messages which I have saved. The office is FILTHY and when one tries to clean, they are met with the response "I don't pay you to clean!". This woman has some deep rooted personal issues that she takes out on her employees. One cannot ask her ANY questions or come to her for anything even if it is placing a time sensitive order. I have never been in that woman's office except to leave an order sheet on her desk and she has accused me of stealing. She mailed my check far later than 72 hours as it was sent via fed ex. It is impossible for anyone to function in such an abusive environment. Her own office manager quit without giving notice. She views her customers the same way she does her employees. She talks about "cleanliness" in good service yet every day for weeks she wears the same pants with a red stain on her behind.

Bread is truly fantastic! Sandwiches and full loaves of bread are very well priced. Never miss this anytime we are in Point Loma!

Fantastic breads and sandwiches. My favorite is the almost grilled cheese and the roast beef. Toasted or not, their breads are phenomenal.
