Cool Down Coffee at 872 Eastlake Pkwy #414, Chula Vista, California 91915 has a modern, almost industrial vibe that's quite different from your typical coffee shop. I ordered a latte, and while the presentation was Instagram-worthy, the flavor was just not there. It tasted burnt, and the milk was scalded.
