I’ve been to quite a few of these in different locations. This one highly disappointing. I ordered a panini that consisted of mostly sourdough bread. There was no egg or veggies. The service people weren’t friendly either.

If my son didn't like the pesto here, I would've stopped coming ages ago. Never have I been to a joint that so consistently missed something in a dish. A ham and swiss... With no swiss, as the most recent example. Quality control is utterly absent.

I waited over 20 minutes for my food after I previously called it in. The food was actually ready to go on the counter and not put under a warming light. The manager was useless and gave a lame excuse why they hadn't put the food in a bag and given it to us. Absolutely pathetic customer service and a pathetic manager! I would hesitate to ever go back!

Bad service... taste of ceasar salad was bland and it was not fresh. Pasta was ok... but the amount was tiny. Left angry.

I only go here for their baked potato soup. Once in a while I'll get a salad but they're so-so. I prefer Panera bread across the street over this place.

I come to this restaurant regularly for convenience. I love the food. However, recently I have had a couple of really bad experiences on the evening shifts. Tonight as I leave this review I have been waiting for almost 40 minutes for my food because I had to go to my car to get my wallet and the cashier refused to place the to go order instead. This is unusually unreasonable because if one calls in, one pays on arrival. When I tried to call in I was put on hold for a punitive amount of time and forced to stand in line for the 40 minute order. I am now leaving the restaurant at 750pm. I loved this place. I will never eat dinner here again. If I cant get there by lunch I won't go.

Staff is clueless with the crowds. Busy busy lunch time and all tables dirty? I asked for a rag and said I dont mind wiping the table, yet that alone took like 10 minutes. Food was cold and not worth the price. Please get it together, you used to be great

They were very busy during lunch hour.
I waited for about 10 minutes for the food to be ready.

*Chicken Pomodori Panini | $8.39
All-natural chicken, fresh basil and spinach, oven-roasted tomatoes and provolone cheese with pesto mayo on grilled sourdough.

I really like their Chicken Pomodori Panini.
The combination of chicken, basil, tomato, cheese with the pesto mayo was delicious.
The bread was buttery and crisp.

*Steak & Cheese Panini | $9.49
1/3 pound roast beef, provolone, cheddar cheese sauce and grilled mushrooms, peppers and onions on a baguette.

Also got a Steak & Cheese Panini for Dr. P.
It's their version of Philly cheese steak.
I had a few bites, and thought it was just ok comparing to my chicken panini.
The roll was soft. The beef could be a bit more flavorful.

Really tasty fast food and with efficient friendly service. Good for meetings or bible studies, with a central location and plenty of parking. I even enjoyed the outdoor seating area.
