I had a disappointing experience at Cotati Coffee. The coffee was cold, and the service was unfriendly. I won't be returning to the 8225 Old Redwood Highway, Cotati, CA 94931 location.

The service at Cotati Coffee was excellent, but the coffee at 8225 Old Redwood Highway, Cotati, CA 94931 was just okay. I appreciated the attentive and friendly staff at Cotati Coffee, but I couldn't help but feel that the coffee itself didn't match up to the service quality.
