Cozy outdoor seating, large selection of crêpes, cappuccino was not good. I tried salmon Benedict crêpe here and it was alright - I'm a crêpe snob so I might be just too critical. The chocolate banana milk coffee drink they have is however phenomenal - not too sweet, but very tasty - highly recommended.
I thought the crepes were expensive ($6-8 for a sweet crepe, which is like a snack) and what I stopped by for. The lemon crepe was my favorite of the flavors we tried. The Nutella ones were too sweet for me. I would definitely go back for another lemon crepe. I'm also interested in trying some of the other items on their menu. Looks like it would be a good place for to go for dates.
Love the outdoor seating the friendly staff and the good food and wine selection
Horribly wrong with the crepes. Corks win!
1.) Ordered C3 and Greek. Right ingredients went in, the crepe disappointed as a whole!
2.) Ordered Raspberry truffle crepe! What's with he truffle eh? Soggy crepe! Extremely sweet to put me to a coma!
Strongly avoid if you've an excellent palette for food!
Nice crepes. Building is getting a little older. Atmosphere is nice, open. Which means hot in summer. It seems like a wonderful place to have a nice evening dinner, we only go here for brunch.
My wife and stopped in during the "Thirsty Thursday" wine tasting offering ,in which the wine tasting is enhanced by offering the buy three and the forth tasting is free.
We met Jordan who was very patient and took time to determine my wife's and my wine pallet preferences.
We had a great variety of wine ; both white for my wife and reds for me.
We also met her sister, Peyton who was real funny and cool as well
We didn't eat but most customers seem to be enjoying their meals and some great music- Adele and an assortment of indie songs
Spontaneous lunch with soup and half panini, beautiful afternoon, sunny patio, reasonably paced service (no, a bit slow, but on an unhurried weekend), overall good experience.
Fantastic sandwiches and tartines (I've tried almost all of them). Very decently priced so an ideal spot in the neighborhood to work for a few hours or have an easy lunch/dinner on the weekend!
My crepe was decent size and very delicious. Their espresso machine was down but they made up for it by offering me free regular coffee. The waiter provided good service and didn't let my coffee go empty. Their wifi is a little spotty but that may be because I was on the patio.
If you want a simple but good neighborhood restaurant...this is the place to come!
I thought crepes were those flimsy, little things with a few healthy things stuffed inside. Not here! Big, beautiful creations filled with all kinds of yummy items of your choice. The chef is directly involved and interacts with the patrons; staff is efficient and pleasant. This is a must if you're in Del Mar and want something other than traditional fare. Oh, the chef makes amazing ribs too!
Great breakfast. Service was a bit slow but good. Waitress was friendly. Sweet crepes were GREAT.
