The coffee is always great! I usually go for the chorizo tostada which is amazing or the eggs Benedict! If you like sweet stuff you must try their cinnamon roll its definitely the best in town! Theirs also outside sitting so if you have pets their welcomed here!

Great little breakfast/lunch place in the quaint area of Vista. Watched the owner greats and chats with the customers which is very refreshing to see. Thee food was very good at a reasonable cost. Would highly recommend visiting this establishment.

This was our first time here, and it was really good from start to finish.

The food is definitely the star of the show. The cinnamon rolls are fresh baked, and are amazing. The biscuits and gravy had especially great flavor, as did the rest of the food we ordered. The entire breakfast delivered, hands down.

Service was good. Nothing special, but the server was polite, kept our coffee topped off and brought our food/check out quickly.

The venue is just your basic cafe style restaurant. Nothing fancy, but nice enough to sit down and have a bite. There's an outside seating area that's dog friendly, which is really cool for pet owners.

I'll be back, and would definitely recommend this place to others.

John Randall has made this spot in Old Vista a special place to get great food at a reasonable price. Service is very friendly and the menu is interesting. What I find special is the presentation touches such as simple syrup for the iced tea and latte served in broad cups. They even offered to refill with plain coffee. My Dad loves their Reuben sandwich. If I lived closer, I would eat here more often.

Most staff was friendly and accommodating. Food was of good portion and tasty. Will make it a point to be a return customer.

Location is fantastic. They have both indoor and patio seating. Friendly staff and quick to see you enter. I've been here several times and they have never had me waiting longer than 2 minutes. They are always friendly enough to take your order even when it's 5 minutes till closing, and they won't rush you. Great breakfast and lunch menus. Personal favorites are the chorizo omelette and the half tuna sandwich with clam Chowder soup side.

Curbside Cafe is by far the best breakfast/lunch restaurant in North County San Diego. It always provides quality food, large portions, the tastiest dishes, and the friendliest smiles to its many customers. It's my favorite place to eat, and once you try it, it will be yours too.

The waitress was nice but the food wasn't nothing special. I've come here the last few years and the quality of the way the foods being prepared has gone down hill the last few times I've been here.

We live in Michigan but we come to visit my Grandma in Vista as often as possible. She loves Curbside. John and the staff always take great care of us. Avery, was particularly helpful. She greeted me like I was a family member, sat me at the bar, and was incredibly attentive. She got our carry out order in quickly and I was out the door in under 15 minutes even though it was a Sunday morning and the place was slammed. The Salmon Benedict was amazing. Grandma loves the Denver Omelette, and both the Crab Cake Benedict and the Salmon Scramble were delectable!!! Eating here without indulging in the Cinnamon Roll (with butter) would be doing yourself a great disservice.
