I can't get enough of Debella -Chatime Cafe! Their cold brew is positively addictive, and the vibrant, artsy atmosphere at the 311 North Capitol Avenue, San Jose, CA 95133 location makes it a fantastic spot for socializing and indulging in excellent coffee.
