We have been taking our dog Teddy to Suzie's for at least five years and I don't know who loves it more, Teddy or me? They are so kind and seem to really love the dogs. They also don't kennel the dogs all day like so many groomers do. We have had dogs chew up their leash and/or collar because they were stressed out because they were kenneled all day. Ted jumps out of the car and rushes to the door as soon as we park the car. This tells me that they aren't only good to him when I am there, but they are good to him all the time!

We have been taking Abby to Suzie's every week since she was a puppy (7+ years). Abby loves to go see Suzie! She wakes up on Wednesdays knowing it's "spa day." She is a cocker spaniel - they do a fantastic job keeping her ears clean and hair trimmed. Abby loves the treats and attention. We loving knowing she is being well cared for by folks that love her too. We highly recommend Suzie and her amazing team!

I have only been there twice but I have a bear-like fluffy high maintenance chow who I would think most groomers can't get through in one day due to the undercoat. They would cringe about having to deal with this dog and I can feel the vibe when I bring her to get groomed.

It's a big job for me to keep up with. When I first arrived I was greeted by the groomer I was scheduled with. Her name is Bee (Not sure if I spelled this correctly). But she was so welcoming and receptive of my dog. My dog did really well with her from what I can tell–my dog can bring on surprises, so I have to be cautious when others ask to pet her in public, etc. Bee is familiar with this breed and seems so comfortable with my dog's personality. So far I am very happy with this salon. I feel very comfortable bringing my dog there and I am pretty sure that if there are problems it would be coming from my dog and not the salon. As I said I have to be cautious with my dog and I am more concerned about the groomer felling safe. Bee is totally confident and sends off a vibe that my dog feels safe with. Thank you for being so great to my big fluff ball.
