Excellent service and food. Their prices are reasonable. Love the subs and coffee.
We've been coming here for over a year now. The sandwiches are okay, the coffee isn't bad, but if you're in a hurry or you are on your way to get somewhere, your best bet is to skip this place. The sandwiches come out in time but it takes over a half hour to receive your coffee. If you order an iced coffee I hope you like 90% ice and the rest liquid. I used to like it here but I don't know what happened. Isn't this the place that won awards?
Been here a few times, it's been decent enough but I don't think I'm gonna go back anymore. There was a misinterpretation on our part when they said there was an ingredient missing to make one of our drinks, so they offered a replacement or a refund. Thinking it was my partner's drink, he asked for something else. It turned out to be mine, which was alright, but regardless both our drinks seemed really off. Mine tasted like sugared milk and his tasted more like hot chocolate than a mocha, as if the coffee was excluded entirely from both drinks. My replacement drink was a macchatio and was almost completely white except for a tad bit of browning from the syrup. We decided that we wanted a refund on my drink, my partner realized his was way too sweet to consume. The gal with colored hair offered another replacement drink, I said no I just want the refund. She got visibly upset and instead of just giving us the exact amount paid to be fair, she just has the tall cashier guy throw $6 and walks away without another word. He was at least courteous to wish us a good rest of our day. We had just gone in a week or so before and were content with what we got, so idk what was going on this particular night. Sorry guys, we've just got better places to go to.
Really good food and service. Cute Coffee spot . Had New Yorker, was so big couldn't eat it all. Was great for dinner. Best DELI around
I love the environment. It's a very cozy and welcoming place and the prices are not bad; they're really affordable actually. I would recommend going to this place compared to Starbucks because they don't have the calm environment that Downtown Deli & Coffee Company does, neither do they have the healthy snacks and meals that this place does.
The food was REALLY GOOD ! service and staff very friendly. Haven't had the coffee yet, but will try it when I go back. Definitely recommend 👍👍
Rude service, I got their on a Saturday driving from Murrieta we got there at 7:30 pm and Brandon told us we had to take it to go! why we were there before they closed and never should turn away a customer and say such a thing, HOW RUDE!!! I don't care how good the food is Customer Service is everything!!! and the lady who also works there with black hair and tattoos is also very sarcastic and comes off rude. So My family will not be returning! just because you hit the # 1 list doesn't give any company the okay to treat people poorly that is how you lose business not gain. I think you should get off your high horse and having a attitude like people need you more than you need them. your customers should be number #1 and treated that way..
I ordered an apple chicken salad, once I got it, I thought, "that's it?!" Some spinach, chicken, walnuts a sprinkle of cheese and apples. It wasn't bad tasting. Items were fresh but I was expecting something a little more eye appealing.
Awesome little gem on Harvard. Great coffee selections and yummy sandwiches and salads. Great place for a light weekend lunch (or you can just enjoy a coffee and a book). There is a shelf of donated books you can read and even take home if you wish. Staff is very friendly and establishment is very clean.
This place is pretty amazing! The location is great and easy to find. The decorations are beautiful inside and out! The menu is extensive, they even have daily/weekly specials. I took a picture of specific coffee beans they have because it was interesting to see a local joint actually have locally produced coffee beans! I loved the setting. It was very comforting and relaxed. The ambience was great! Definitely a place I will be coming to more often! The only thing I didn't like is that they don't accept American Express but I didn't subtract any stars because it's something easy to get passed. The staff was extremely friendly and you couldn't ask for better customer service from them! I had their Harvard District Salad and Cafe Mocha (Hot), and the salad was crisp and refreshing and the coffee was smooth! Love this place!
Such an awesome place for Hemet. Cute restaurant and good food. Makes me feel I have been transported to a different place. Has the feel of a city like Portland.
Great food. Recent expansion looks good. They get crowded and can take a while but the wait is always worth it. Coffee is organic from idylwild, sandwiches are great...not much for baked goods but everything else tastes awesome.
I really like this cafe. It's warm and inviting, like having a cup of coffee in your own home. The staff is really nice and greet you with a smile. The coffee is great and the breakfast sandwiches are also really good. I haven't tried the subs yet. I also want to point out how awesome one of staff is, I believe her name is Maya. I accidentally left my phone behind on our last visit. Maya found it and immediately contacted me to let me know she was holding it for me. It was a nice experience. I highly recommend this cafe/deli and I will continue to come here and support this local business.
Love this place. The food is delicious and it has a relaxing atmosphere. Recommended to all.
