Thank you so much for doing the fund raiser for our fallen officer Mark Stasyuk. I already love Dutch Bros but this makes me love it even more!!

It's been 5 months since I left my first review, and I came back to edit it just to confirm that this location is the best one in Sacramento and EVERYONE who works here is amazing. They've made me a rainbow drink to match my hair, they remember my name (and order, and usually the names/orders of the friends I bring with me!), and they're just really nice people. I'll drive out of my way to come to this one specifically even though there are like 3 others within a few miles - they're just really, really wonderful!

I am a daily (sometimes more than once) visitor to Dutch. They are so awesome and high energy. They know my order by heart too. Fantastic customer service.

I love Dutch bros!! However, I can't stand this location. It's the worst. By far! It takes entirely, WAY TOO LONG. And believe me, I'm accustomed to, and okay with the normal wait at any other Dutch. Not only did it take 20 minutes to serve 3 cars on the side I was on, they also messed up my drink. Again. In fact, I'm not sure I've ever gotten what I wanted from here. I have no issues with any of the other 4 locations that I visit.

I hate coming to this spot I always see employees standing around playing grab ass. Today I was in line for 35 minutes with only four cars in front of me just to get my coffee.

When I come and visit my son I can’t wait for my DB for the ride home! Sunday I waited 30 minutes just to place my order and I was still 5 cars from the window! People were walking up and leaving with their drinks as I was still in line! I couldn’t get out as I had three dogs in the car with no leashes. Once the gal came and took my order she did apologize and offered me a free drink. That was nice, when they brought the drink I said thank you and figured the drink would be good as I get the same thing each time! OMG the worse drink I have had!!!!! I have to say I will not be coming back! �
