Been to this location multiple times. Most of the times have been easy and straight forward with ordering and quality food. The last time was significantly disappointing as I used a gift card and the magnetic strip was not functioning. Somehow my card was accidentally charged to a different order when it was manually entered. It was finally charged against my order. When I asked if I had been double charged, I was asked very bluntly to be quiet while another employee tried to resolve the issue. While the situation was ultimately resolved, it was extremely rude and unacceptable to tell a customer to be quiet when they were simply asking on whether they were being charged extra and incorrectly. That being said, if this is an isolated event, I would still recommend the location.

I would recommend this place to a friend who likes bagels. They have a wide array of choices and each one an experience in itself. You can have it toasted with different choices of cream cheese, from sweet to spicy. I usually go for regular coffee or vanilla latte and can't comment on all drink choices. These two are good. The staff is courteous and the music is lively, sit indoors or take a seat in the sun.

Amazing bagels..picked the cheddar jalapeno with garlic herb spread. It's good. Was crowded at 7.30.AM but was handled effectively. Would order upfront over phone the next time.

Came in for breakfast today. Got the Nova Lox bagel sandwich. Kind of pricey ($7). Bagel was alright. It had lox, cream cheese, onions, tomatoes, and capers. Capers were really salty, which didnt help because lox is already salty. But, it was pretty filling for a breakfast bagel.

Inside, tables are self-seating, but this seems to be a problem. When I tried to sit down at a table, I noticed most places were rather dirty and when I finally found a cleaner place, I still had to clean it up before sitting.

Overall, enjoyed my breakfast, but wouldn't really go out of my way to come back again.

There was a very large selection of bagels to choose from and both, my wife and I, ordered breakfast sandwiches that were delicious along with desert pastries to take home. The staff was very friendly and our orders were completed very quickly.

DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE!!! WARNING!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS, AND ADDITIONALLY THINK THEY ARE ABOVE THE LAW. THEY CLAIM MY DOG JUMPED UP ON THE DELIVERY GUY. MY DOG IS THE FRIENDLIEST DOG YOU COULD OWN. THEY BLACKBALLED US. THE CATERING GUY IS SARCASTIC, AND RUDE ON THE PHONE, HAS NO IDEA HOW TO SPEAK TO PEOPLE AND TOOK IT UPON HIMSELF HOW TO MAKE UP THE RULES. THEY ALSO LIED AND TOLD ME THERE WERE SOME, "ISSUES" DELIVERING FOOD HERE IN ORANGE AND THEN STARTED MAKING UP EXCUSES NOT TO DELIVER THE FOOD. THEIR BAGELS ALSO SUCK, THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER PLACES YOU CAN GO FOR BAGELS, DON'T USE THEM OR YOU WILL BE SORRY, I'VE DEALT WITH MANY BUSINESS OVER THE YEARS AND THESE PEOPLE ARE BY FAR THE WORST. FINALLY, THE PLACE IS UNHEALTHY ACCORDING TO THE HEALTH DEPT. HERE IS THE LAST REPORT:
Improper TPHC Procedure
The stickers for the jalepeno and cheddar bagels, cheese and six cheese bagels were observed missing from the containers or packages. Manager showed the log for the following food items. The time had already expired for the following food items. The food shall be marked or otherwise identified to indicate the time that is four hours past the point in time when the food is removed from temperature control.

(1) The food shall be cooked and served, served if ready-to-eat, or discarded within four hours from the point in time when the food is removed from temperature control.
(2) The food shall be marked or otherwise identified to indicate the time that is four hours past the point in time when the food is removed from temperature control.
(3) The food in unmarked containers or packages or marked to exceed four-hour limit shall be discarded.
(4) Written procedures shall be maintained in the food facility and made available to the enforcement agency upon request, that ensure compliance with this section and Section 114002, for food that is prepared, cooked, and refrigerated before time is used as a public health control.
Corrective Action Taken:
The violation was corrected by an employee discarding the food. See Voluntary Condemnation and Destruction (VC&D) form. Follow the Time as a Public Health Control (TPHC) plan.

Lack of/Improper Handwashing/Handwashing Sup.
1. Observed no soap at the handwash sink at the front food preparation area.
2. Observed no paper towels in the dispenser at the back handwash sink.
Provide and maintain handwashing soap and single-use sanitary towels in dispensers (or hot air blowers) at, or adjacent to, all handwashing facilities.

Improper Holding Temperatures of PHF
Potentially hazardous foods were measured at the following temperatures:
1. Sausages holding at 44F on the cold table.
2. Ham holding at 44F on the cold table.
3. Salmon holding at 44F on the cold table.
4. Cream cheese holding at 47F on the cold table.
5. Chicken salad holding at 44F on the cold table.
Observed an accumulation of old debris and grime on all the food racks at the food preparation area.
Observed an accumulation of grime and old debris on numerous trays on the food racks.
Observed an accumulation of debris on the panel inside the ice machine.
Observed an accumulation of debris on the condenser inside the walk-in cooler.
Observed an accumulation of debris on the fan guards inside the walk-in cooler.
Maintain all equipment, utensils and facilities clean, fully operative and in good repair.
Lack of/Unsanitary/Condition Walls/Floors/Ceilings
Thoroughly clean and maintain the floors (including the floor sinks and drains), walls, and ceilings in a clean and sanitary manner.
Location: Observed an accumulation of grime and debris on the floors, walls and ceilings throughout the facility

Great bagels and service. They have egg white breakfast sandwiches and turkey sausage for healthier alternatives.

Everything here was fresh place gets crazy busy but the line moves very quickly. They lost my order one time during a visit when they were crazy busy but they were vry quick to make things right once I brought it to their attention. The staff here have been very friendly during very visit I've had here which is more than a dozen now and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for coffee and bagels.
