Einstein Bros. Bagels

I came in this morning to get bagels for the kids. Autumn is the one that got me the bagels however they did not have any chocolate chip I had to wait 15 minutes. I asked if there’s anything they can do and autumn asked her manager Jesse. Jessie said No. I said if you don’t have anything like chocolate chip and autumn explained there’s another type of bagel but it was a gourmet bagel I would have to pay full price for that, and I asked if she could accommodate me due to the fact the don’t have the chocolate chip bagels. I asked Jesse is there anything you could do. When Jessie came over Jesse had a very angry face not a smile in sight, total scowl. she must really hate her job. I said is there anything you could do for me and she said no because these are gourmet bagels. I said please come on I don’t want to wait another 15 minutes she said fine, to autumn give it to her I don’t have time for this. Basically the manager Jesse needs to realize that she’s in the customer service business and she should be nice to people and treat them with a smile. Autumn was very sweet unfortunately her manager is mean and angry.

Absolutely terrible. Waited 30 minutes for a "thintastic chicken pesto" bagel that ended up not even being on a thin bagel AND they didn't even put pesto on it because they were all out. You couldn't have mentioned that when I ordered instead of making me wait 30 minutes for a completely wrong order? And why give it to me when you know it's completely not what I ordered? It took 30 minutes to put a piece of chicken and cheese on a bagel?

I LOVE THIS LOCATION, THERE'S ALWAYS A SEAT AVAILABLE, THE SERVICE IS AWESOME, THE BAGELS ARE ALWAYS FRESH, AND THAT'S THE REASON WHY I LOVE THIS LOCATION.

Food is great! No surprise is packed on mornings. Jalapeno cheddar bagel is the best!

I like it, it's busy, good service and my bagel was still warn when I took a bite. Yummy. You must try tge OJ super fresh and chilled.

Great food but bring your jacket. Mgmt likes to keep this place pretty cold.

Einstein Bagels fresh good service excellent my favorite Bagel sandwich is the Florentine spinach with 2 eggs and cheese off the chain

This is our usual spot. Not perfect, but solid. Food is good and coffee is hot.

Good for a quick bute in the morning. Coffee is decent. I like the sanwiches.
