The pepper's are here!! And don't forget, it's the only restraunt that shakes when the train comes by. I little extra fun if you haven't had a good shake

The Chile Gueritos are perfection -Simple but Delicious. We happened to arrive at happy hour which meant we where able to select several small appetizer selections similar to topas and of course a house Margarita. Very delicious and fun. Highly recommend.

Shrimp stuffed yellow peppers. What else do you want to know? Haha! Seriously impressed with a restaurant I would have continued to drive past. Allex, lovely and knowledgeable waitress, made us feel as if we were the only ones there. In a packed restaurant !! Nice lady manager made a fresh mango margarita swirled with spices- best thing I've ever had!! Oh the food. I need 3 more paragraphs! Spectacular!!

Excellent. Cheese enchiladas with green sauce? Muy bueno. Great food, great service, coca cola in bottles. Yea man.

Poor service: rude waitress. Overly priced mediocre Mexican food...more Americanized than anything else. I would not recommend it.

The rating is based on the food. My family and I stopped to get dinner on the way home from our road trip and decided on this place because of the reviews. Well never again. The food had no flavor what so ever. I mean I expected Americanized food, but not flavorless. I ordered the taco & enchilada plate. The beans & rice didn't even have a little salt, the beef enchilada was not spicy nor flavorful and looked like they just threw chip salsa on top of it, the taco was okay as far as ingredients and looks. My Limonada tasted like it was Minute Made instead of fresh squeezed lemons. My son ordered the Chile Verde and let's just say it's not made from green chiles nor seasoned. My boyfriend had The Chile Colorado burrito and he described it as tasting similar to chili with chili powder (the ground beef and bean soup). The waitress was nice, but that was the only good thing about this place. I do not suggest any one eating here. For a whole in the wall Mexican place that sucked it was not worth what we paid $60+ for 3 plates and 3 drinks, maybe if the food was decent.

Food is fantastic! Had a chili relleno & cheese enchilada. Chili relleno was best I've ever had. Train tracks run right behind the restaurant, so can be noisy, but food is way worth the noise.

Best enchiladas and shrimp Peppers to be found anywhere. May not look like much, but it sure tastes good.

Don't pass this diamond in the ruff without stopping in. The train passing by all adds to little out of the way eating pleasure. The Mexican food is authentic. You don't find nopales with eggs nor shrimp patties in red Chile sauce. These are items I remember mother making. To Mexicans if the beans are delicious the meal will be as well. Best Mexican food in town from the original El Mexicali Cafe in Indio.
