I had high hopes for Fairbanks Coffee Co, but it fell short of expectations. The coffee was bitter, and the pastries tasted stale at the 9500 Gilman Drive, La Jolla, CA 92093 location. I won't be returning anytime soon.

So, I checked out Fairbanks Coffee Co in 9500 Gilman Drive, La Jolla, CA 92093, and it was a rollercoaster ride. The mocha was top-notch, but the Wi-Fi was slower than a tortoise on a tea break. If you're here to work, better bring your patience and a good book.
