I dropped by Fairbanks Coffee Co in 9500 Gilman Drive, La Jolla, CA 92093 and had their iced coffee. It was like a refreshing slap in the face – in a good way! The staff was friendly, and the place had a chill, indie vibe. It's a cool spot to caffeinate and people-watch.
