I had a terrible experience at Funnel Mill. The coffee at 930 South Broadway, Santa Monica, CA 90401 was burnt, and the staff was rude. It's rare for me to have such a negative experience at a coffee shop, but Funnel Mill managed to disappoint on multiple levels.
