If you're ever in 2001 State St, Santa Barbara, California 93105, you've got to check out Garrett'S Restaurant. Their cortado was a tiny cup of espresso perfection. The café had a cozy, European café vibe with sidewalk tables and acoustic guitar tunes. A romantic spot for coffee and conversation.
