Wonderful shopping experience! Not pushy or overbearing at all. Huge selection in the showroom. Prices are on par with other furniture stores of this quality. Really surprised how nice it was!

It's a decent size furniture store. Prices are obviously going to be higher since it's an upscale furniture store. Might find a good deal there. Check it out for yourself.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience here. We received assistance immediately from the sales manager Julian. He was very informative about the furniture, protection plan, etc. He didn't push us to buy anything, just answered our questions when we asked. We would definitely shop here again.

The furniture selection was decent and seemed to be of good quality. After shopping around for three days and working with a sales representative we made a decision to buy a king sized bed and two end tables. As part of a labor day promotion the sales rep agreed to reimburse the $99 delivery fee. We returned to the store, cash in hand, to make our purchase. We asked if it would be possible for the store to throw in a set of lamps that we were interested in. The sales rep supposedly went to ask the manager, and returned to tell us that if we bought the lamps they would knock $40 off of the delivery fee. After I explained that the delivery fee was already being 100% reimbursed, and that it simply meant the store would have to reimburse us $60 rather than the $99 the sales rep became incredibly rude and condescending, trying to explain that they couldn't just give us the lamps. The problem wasn't that we were not offered free lamps, but rather that the store was attempting to get us to purchase the lamps by offering a "deal" that only benefitted the store, then talking to us like we were stupid after we pointed this out. We planned to purchase the bed with or without the lamps, but after being talked down to, we decided to shop elsewhere.

Kudos to Havertys Furniture for their excellent service at 2150 Paul Jones Way, Lexington, KY 40509, USA. The latte art was a masterpiece, and the barista's passion for coffee was evident.
