I would like to say all staff were very nice, table clean, food came in a timely manner! I was pleasantly surprised this trip! Had a wonderful time and every customer service staff was wonderful all around! Thank you!

Horrible service and wait times. Cheaper to get room service in your hotel than to eat here.

We got their and sat us Down at the table they took are orders and the waiter forgot to ask if wanted something to drink that was Disappointing

We arrived at 1009 am and were seated by 1016 am for party of 6. After that nobody came to our table until 1045am. I understand this is a busy location by Disneyland but multiply people that were seated after us had their order taken and served. Finally at 1055 our order was taken and were told that there was an error about who was supposed to serve us. After all that the drinks were incorrect. I spoke to the manager. He apologized and comped us the entire breakfast which was about $70+ . He told us to give them another chance and visit again. I thanked him

Service and food was good but the price is bumped up compared to other ihop's. What we paid for for 3 people here we could have paid for 5 or 6 at another Ihop. Must be due to the area being by Disneyland.

Servers were friendly. Our order was served in a really short time. As busy as it was our order came out quick. Training room was a little cramped but overall enjoyed our breakfast. Handrail going upstairs could be wiped down.

I go here when I am in town. The staff is friendly and fast at turning around mistakes. I had something wrong with my food, when I looked around for my server he wasn't there but I caught the eye of the hostess and she came promptly to my table and asked me what was wrong. When I told her she very quickly corrected the situation, I wish I got her name because most hostess would just pretend she didn't see me.

Good breakfast was served promptly considering there were 12 in the party servers polite except one who bought food but had no clue who for.

Our only objection was suggested tip amount, if tips are suggested none are left, tips should be customers discretion for good service not company suggested.

Comfortable breakfast spot. Generally clean and good service. Hash browns were cold, rest of meal was hot.

The food was good but the prices was ridiculously expensive. Four people and we paid 104 plus tips... okey if it was for dinner, not breakfast.

It was OK, the pancakes were cold, and eggs had no flavour. After many years of hearing about how wonderful this chain is, the high expectations weren't met.

Worst experience. Server had an attitude. Didn't offer refills, didn't bring extras we asked for- had to hunt them down from managers ourselves. Food was good. Visiting from out of state- not nice here.

Waited 35 minutes to give order than 25 minuets for food Eggs hot, hash browns cold, sausage luke warm

The food was good but $60 for breakfast for 2 adults and a 4 year old was way over the top! The 4 year old had one pancake and it was $10! And $3.60 for a cu of coffee is more than Starbucks! We won’t be going back there ever.

Normally its good but yesterday morning was bad we had 2 full lines of tables upstair we were 31 guest first ones up there about five family members did not get food untill we were all finished with ours they did not now wish table food belong too all mixed up we were like we were in a auction here this table other table here this table it was crazy i understand we were alot and they were very busy we had reservations they should have been prepared and organized.

My boyfriends pancakes had an onion slice in it that we found in the first bite. My food was ok service was good but that was a big mistake

You know that smell between your thighs & nutsack after you go on a 5 mile hike in 90 degree weather? That, plus vomit is what this place smelled of. In addition, Cali ain't in no drought no more so please tell me why our waiter didn't even come by once to refill our waters, not even ONCE.

Never asked if we wanted anything else, place smelled terrible (vomit and bad body odor), and our drinks came out with our food. This was probably the worst food service in food service history, maybe ever.
