I had high hopes for Itea Cafe, but my visit left much to be desired. The coffee was lukewarm, and the service was slow. It took ages to get my order, and when I finally did, it was disappointing. The lackluster brew and disinterested staff made for a forgettable experience. I won't be returning anytime soon.

Itea Cafe needs a makeover. The furniture looks worn out, and the espresso shots were disappointingly bitter. It's in desperate need of some improvements.

Itea Cafe at 15435 Jeffrey Road, Irvine, CA 92618 is my coffee sanctuary. The ambiance is inviting, the flat white is perfection, and the staff goes above and beyond to make every visit memorable. It's a place I can't recommend enough.

I was disappointed with my visit to Itea Cafe. The iced coffee was watered down, and the prices were unjustifiably high. They need to step up their game.
