I had mixed feelings about Jammin Java. While the coffee at 1720 E Noble Ave, Visalia, California 93292 was decent, it didn't quite live up to the hype I'd heard. The service was efficient but lacked the warmth and friendliness I typically appreciate in a coffee shop. Perhaps I'll give it another shot someday.
