I had high hopes for Japonica, but my visit to their location in 5503 California St, San Francisco, California 94121 left me underwhelmed. The coffee was average, and the service was slow. Not sure if I'll be back.

I had a disappointing experience at Japonica. The coffee was served cold, and the staff at the 5503 California St, San Francisco, California 94121 location were rude and inattentive. I won't be returning anytime soon.
