I was excited to try Japonica, but it turned out to be a disappointment. The coffee was bland, and the pastries were stale. The prices were high for the quality they offered. I hope they can improve their offerings and service because I won't be returning.

I had high hopes for Japonica, but unfortunately, they fell short. The espresso lacked depth and flavor, and the service was slow. It's a shame because the cafe had such a promising ambiance. I hope they can improve their coffee quality and efficiency in the future.

The coffee at Japonica was decent, but the atmosphere at 5503 California Street, San Francisco, CA 94121 was a bit too crowded for my liking. While I enjoyed the coffee itself, I found the bustling atmosphere at Japonica to be somewhat overwhelming. It's a popular spot, but I prefer a quieter coffee experience.

I don't quite understand the hype around Japonica. The coffee was overpriced, and the atmosphere left much to be desired. It didn't live up to the expectations, in my opinion.
