I had a terrible experience at Kampala Café. The coffee at 3930 West Land Park Drive, Sacramento, CA 95822 was burnt, and the staff was rude. It's rare for me to have such a negative experience at a coffee shop, but Kampala Café managed to disappoint on multiple levels.
