Kaweah Brewing Co. at 1054 East Walnut Avenue, Tulare, CA 93274 has a modern, almost industrial vibe that's quite different from your typical coffee shop. I ordered a latte, and while the presentation was Instagram-worthy, the flavor was just not there. It tasted burnt, and the milk was scalded. So, I wandered into Kaweah Brewing Co. the other day in 1054 East Walnut Avenue, Tulare, CA 93274, and I was blown away by their mocha. It was like a chocolatey hug in a cup.
