The attention to detail in their coffee preparation is second to none, and it's evident in every sip. The Ethiopian Yirgacheffe I tried had a bright and floral profile that was simply divine. The attention to detail in every step of the coffee-making process is impressive.

Kesling'S Kitchen on 665 Palm Canyon Dr, Borrego Springs, California 92004 was a quaint little spot with a lot of character. The coffee was good, not great, but the homemade muffins were divine. The place had a cozy, lived-in feel that made me want to sit and read for hours. The staff were nice, but they seemed overwhelmed with the orders.
