I had a terrible experience at Klatch Coffee - San Dimas. The coffee at 806 West Arrow Highway, San Dimas, CA 91773 was burnt, and the staff was rude. It's rare for me to have such a negative experience at a coffee shop, but Klatch Coffee - San Dimas managed to disappoint on multiple levels.
